All DATCS collectors are trained in the regulations of DOT (49 CFR Part 40) and are trained and certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT’s). All DATCS collectors have received and continue to receive specialized training for specimen collection techniques in compliance with all Federal and State drug and alcohol testing regulations.
DATCS has become well known in the drug testing industry as ‘educators’ and as proactive participants in ‘Drugs Don’t Work Here’ campaigns. After 20 years, DATCS has become one of the largest consortiums for DOT FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration) and PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration) companies in Texas.
